Waiting lists for exotic cars

I'm quite surprised to actually see waiting lists on cars that have a value of £100,000 or more excluding the Honda Civic. Anywho, some of these desirable cars have long waiting lists or have been sold out.

BMW M3 Coupé - 6 months
Nissan GT-R - 6 months
Rolls Royce Phantom Drophead Coupé - 2 years
Aston Martin DBS - 18 months (1 year, 6 months)
Honda Civic - 5 months
Bentley Continental GT/Arnage - 1 year
